Good things here

Building was really good to live as the rooms were spacious and well designed attached with balcony. There was no leakage and seepage issues as well. 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Local transport facilities were easily available near by the society. read more

Things need improvement

People over there are really bad and torturing to tenants and tenants are treated differently and many people just come to fight over if any issue arises. There is no swimming pool in the society. Security staff also does discimination between owners and visitors. read more

Good things here

The cooperative society has been exceptionally efficient, adding gas and water pipelines and overseeing the under-construction project. Residents benefit from the convenience of nearby auto cabs and bus stands, all within walking distance. read more

Things need improvement

The building was still under construction when the contractor unexpectedly disappeared. In response, the cooperative society was formed, taking over all management responsibilities. At that time, the society lacked any amenities, and there was no provision for visitor parking or power backup facilities. read more

There is metro construction going for expanding the Andheri metro line to Goregaon on the western Express highway. Oberoi Mall is situated on the Goregaon East and is a famous shopping spot. There is no water scarcity in this locality as the BMC provides 24 hour water supply. Goregaon East doesn’t face any load shedding issues and if there is some maintenance work prior notice is given to the residents.
