Neuleaf Trails Lifespace

Konkan Trails Lifespace has launched their new project The Konkan Trails Lifespace, aiming to provide a fresh new housing option in Agarvayangini, Ratnagiri. The project is currently undergoing construction with possession scheduled on May 20.
The construction well complements the area, which has a well-developed infrastructure with educational institutions, a bank, hospitals, and ATMs in the immediate vicinity. The area also boasts facilities like a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a gymnasium, a jogging track as well as a 24/7 power back up system for the entire area.
The Konkan Trails Lifespace also provides three types of housing options, with a 6,275 sq ft, a 6,049 sq ft and a 5,952 sq ft residential plot all spread across the massive 51.07 acres of real estate it is set in. The potential for a one of a kind housing experience is in the making in Ratnagiri.
