Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available on the main road in the society. The water facility is excellent in the society, and there's also power backup available. Public transportation, such as buses, is conveniently accessible within a walking distance of 100 meters from the society. Garbage collection is very efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste in the society. Inside the society, there is a supermarket available, and D-mart is within a 3-kilometer radius from the society. People are very respectful in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Additionally, the society celebrates festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Dandiya, and Rama Navami with great enthusiasm and organizes get-togethers. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is not good, with some issues of seepage and leakage in bathrooms in the flats. Additionally, there is no designated visitor parking area in the society, which can be inconvenient. The surroundings are lush with many plants. We use the MyGate app to report issues, and our committee promptly addresses them. Location-wise, there's a supermarket, medical shop, grocery stores, and a clinic within 500 meters. The roads are well-maintained, and there's ample parking. The management ensures good water supply and daily cleaning. The lift functions smoothly. Rooms are well-ventilated. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor games, walking track, and children's play area are available. The community is friendly and cooperative. read more

There are no street lights, and there's an issue with garbage leakage. Furthermore, the gym equipment is currently non-functional. read more
