The parking area has waterlogging, causing inconvenience with water spilling onto the roads. This might lead to traffic issues and overall inconvenience. read more

Aparna Constructions is a well know brand in Hyderabad/Telangana. Their construction quality is superb. One of the very few builders who complete their project on time without compromising on quality. Also Aparna cons. fulfilled all the promises they made during the time of booking. Example Club house , pakka road till from Aparna Hillpark to main road. , grocery store / ATM / Medical store inside the premises. MAintenance provided by aparna after sales is good. they have their own team for maintenance. I would anytime prefer Aparna Constructions over any other Company. read more
