Maintenance is exemplary, due to robust power backup systems and an uninterrupted water supply. Monthly charges are reasonable. The societal atmosphere is vibrant, with lively celebrations of festivals and events. The residents exhibit commendable behavior, contributing to a harmonious community environment. Accessibility is convenient, with a bus stop located within a 10-minute walk from the society. Additionally, essential amenities such as supermarkets, schools, and clinics are within a 2km radius. The society has amenities such as a gym, children's play area, indoor games facilities, and a library. Furthermore, a badminton court and ample open space available. read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society, and if we book Ola and Uber, it will be available. Construction quality is good; there are no leakages or seepages issues in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a 100-meter distance from the society. Hospitals are available within a 1 km radius from the society. There is only a kids' play area available, but it is very spacious. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The greenery of the society is very good and decent. Schools are also available within a 1 km radius from the society, and the school buses are allowed inside the society. read more

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available in the society. However, there is no connectivity available nearby. Security is not good; the security personnel are not doing well in the society. There is no visitor parking inside the society; visitors will have to park outside. read more

Adequate parking space and properly functioning street lights add to the convenience. The society ensures frequent garbage collection and 24/7 water and electricity supply. Public transportation, such as autos and buses, is easily accessible from the society. Water is available 24/7. The society has a well-maintained gym. My flat gets enough sunlight and has good ventilation. The lifts are well-maintained. All festivals are celebrated in the society, and the residents actively participate. read more

Things need improvement

In the society, the residents are willing to join free classes, but if there is a paid yoga or Zumba class, no one attends. There are many stray cats in the society, and they urinate and defecate anywhere, which affects the hygiene and cleanliness of the society. During the rainy season, there are traffic jams near the society. There is leakage from the tap in my kitchen, and the sink is a bit small. The garden in the society is small, and there is no swimming pool. read more

The place is neat and clean, ventilated and well-maintained. I haven't found any issues so far. The place is fantastic, neighbors are friendly. If we have any issue it is well addressed by the management here. The connectivity is great, everything is available on the nearby main road that is 100ms from here. read more

All basic amenities are here like Gym and clubhouse except the swimming pool. Overall it is a good place to live in. If you're thinking of living there, it's good, you don't need to think much. read more
