This is the upscale business and living district of Navy Mumbai. Situated right in the heart of the city, it is conveniently located near a bus terminal and suburban train station. There are also grocery stores close by, and services like Uber and Ola are readily available. The area is also home to a shopping mall, hospitals, banks and schools. The streets are well-lit and safe especially at night, making it a popular spot for living. read more

During peak shopping times, the shopping areas can get overcrowded, and finding parking is a challenge. Air pollution from traffic is also a concern. The cost of renting a place here is slightly higher then in other parts of the city and the condition of the footpaths could use some improvement. No Metro line is connected to this area. The public spaces are not really cleaned very well or maintained. read more
