The maintenance standards are exceptional, featuring advanced facilities such as sewage treatment plants, rainwater harvesting systems, regular garbage collection services, and uninterrupted borewell water supply around the clock. With a dedicated maintenance team in place, all resident complaints are promptly addressed, while the committee efficiently organizes various events and festivals, fostering a strong sense of community spirit. The society boasts high construction quality and offers an array of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, badminton and basketball courts, a skating rink, and a well-equipped gym. Additionally, reliable power backup options and robust security measures ensure peace of mind for all residents.
Things need improvement
The primary issue within the society stems from the builders' lack of professionalism and their failure to address residents' concerns in a timely manner. Furthermore, a notable absence of Kaveri water supply to the society adds to the list of challenges faced by residents.

In this apartment, there are around 200 families representing diverse cultures, mostly comprising educated individuals who engage in friendly interactions. The management organizes various festivals, recently celebrating the opening of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir and Women's Day, Karnataka Rajyotsava, Independence Day, Republic Day, Holi, Diwali, Navaratri, and Ganesh Pooja. Security is ensured with 6 guards and CCTV cameras in every block, along with one entry and exit point, promoting safety. Residents have access to essential facilities within 1. 5 km, including bus stops, milk points, schools, and hospitals. The apartment offers functional amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, walking track, badminton and table tennis courts, skating ring, gym, and kids' play area. Construction quality is outstanding, providing ample ventilation and air in the balcony. Maintenance charges are reasonable, with efficient power backup and regular painting underway.
Things need improvement
The road quality in this society is abysmal, causing inconvenience to residents. Additionally, water issues persist, posing challenges and necessitating immediate attention and resolution.

Good things here
The neighbors here are incredibly friendly, always ready to lend a hand and come together to celebrate various festivals, which really strengthens our sense of community. Safety is a top priority in our society, so we can all feel secure. Plus, we're lucky to have essential facilities like petrol bunks, bus stops, supermarkets, schools, grocery stores, and milk centers within a 2 km radius, making life a lot easier. The roads are well-maintained, and with good street lighting, getting around feels safe, especially at night. Parking is also hassle-free and reasonably priced. Maintenance charges are fair, and we never have to worry about garbage piling up thanks to regular collection. And with a reliable power backup system in place, we're covered even during outages. Best of all, we have fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, kids' play area, and garden right here in our society.

The cleaning in our community could definitely use some improvement. When it's not done adequately, it can lead to cleanliness issues that detract from the overall appeal and comfort of our living environment.

Although the construction quality is average, the society offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, and a small play area for children. The community is renowned for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents.

Limited visitor parking space and pollution issues stemming from the nearby main road are challenges the society grapples with. It's imperative to address these concerns to foster a healthier living environment for all residents.

The neighbors are peaceful, and the security system, manned by a staff of six, is effective. Within a 2 km radius, residents have easy access to bus stops, railway stations, shopping malls, schools, and grocery stores. There's ample parking space, and we don't face any significant water supply issues, so we don't rely on tankers. The housekeeping staff ensures proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. All essential amenities, including swimming pools, children's play areas, clubs, basketball courts, and gyms, are available.
Things need improvement
The condition of the approach road is concerning, particularly during rainy weather, which poses risks for children. Boundary leakage issues and ongoing construction are also causing dust problems, adding to the discomfort for residents.

The good thing about this society lies in the readily available transportation facilities, such as cabs that can be available within minutes. Moreover, all kinds of deliveries, ranging from food to groceries, are efficiently handled and promptly delivered. The committee conducts programs and events within the community, ensuring active participation and enjoyment from all residents. Maintenance is also commendable, with a reliable water supply and excellent backup facilities for electricity. Additionally, the construction quality is top-notch.

The only problem is pollution resulting from ongoing construction, and roads are also being damaged due to the large vehicles traveling on them.

Ventilation of the flats is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Garbage collection is also good in the society, done daily. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society.

Pollution is present in the society. There is traffic in infront the society during evenings. Roads are not good in the society.

The area outside isn't great because there's a slum, a bad environment, and lots of stray dogs. Additionally, the construction quality is substandard.
