Good things here
Living here has been a pleasant experience with very nice and friendly neighbors. The community is well-secured with CCTV cameras and security guards. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, ensuring cleanliness. Essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident has designated parking with strict adherence to rules. The elevators are reliable and well-maintained, and we enjoy uninterrupted electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The flats have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, adding to our comfort. read more
Things need improvement
The transportation situation is a major issue. The narrow road leading to the society is always congested with traffic, causing significant delays and frustration. The constant traffic jams make commuting a nightmare and add unnecessary stress to our daily routines. This problem seriously impacts the overall living experience and needs urgent attention to improve accessibility and reduce the inconvenience faced by residents. read more

Good things here
I really enjoy the good connectivity here. Schools, hospitals, and markets are all nearby, and even the railway station is close. Cabs and taxis are easily available, which makes commuting hassle-free. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation is well-handled. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The ventilation is perfect, and the plaster and fittings are done well. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and the security with CCTV cameras and guards adds a sense of safety. read more
Things need improvement
The lack of amenities is very disappointing, We have a huge ground, but it�s empty. The parking space could be improved too. Another issue is the absence of autorickshaws nearby, but that is a common problem in South Mumbai. Other than that, everything is great here. read more

Good things here
The lifts are well maintained, and cleanliness is good. Water is sufficiently available, and there is enough parking. Festivals are celebrated together, and people are cooperative. There is no issue with leakage or seepage, and autos and buses are easily available. read more

There are no modern amenities in the society, and bachelors are not allowed. Additionally, there is a traffic jam issue near the society. read more

The nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at 8.2 km from Parel. The nearest Railway Station is Mumbai Currey Road at a distance of 0.79 km
The Eastern and Western Express Highways and Sea-links connect this place to the rest of the locations. It has Monorail connectivity to many commercial hubs in Mumbai. Parel and Lower Parel railway stations are on the Mumbai Suburban Railway line. Elphinstone Road railway station is in the neighbourhood. It is part of the Western Line. Parel West is also known as Elphinstone because of its proximity to the Elphinstone Road station. Earlier most of the textile mills in Mumbai used to be operating in this area.
