The best neighbourhood in Pune to reside in is Shivane. There are frequent buses that go to the train station. Everything, including grocery stores, vegetable markets, hospitals, and schools, is within walking distance. It is closer to Warje, has lower living expenses, and is a clean environment.

It is a beautiful location. Friendly neighbours, no private car parking issues, no problems with 2 wheeler parking, d-mart is there, schools, hospitals and gas stations within a one-kilometer radius.
