The electricals charges are very low and there is very less possibilities of power cuts in this area . The locality is very clean , there's a very less pollution. you can buy food at at late night also. easily accessible. safe. 2-3 metro stations nearby . well mantained property , nice building , nice neighbours , friendly society and every type grocery and all type of stores at walking distance. read more

There are many good hospitals nearby.There are many good schools and tuition institutes nearby.There are many good restaurants nearby where hygiene is taken full care of.electricity supply is good.water supply is also good.road quality is good and wide.cab, metro, bus facilities available here.good park available for kids playing and jogging. During rains the road here gets filled with water. Cleanliness and hygiene of the road is not taken care of properly.Street lights in many places do not work properly due to which many places remain dark. read more
