Our society offers excellent construction quality, ensuring no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. There is also a badminton court for sports enthusiasts. The connectivity is excellent, with an auto stand nearby and easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are strictly followed. We enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply, contributing to a hassle-free living experience. The community here is very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help each other. We celebrate each festival together, fostering a sense of communal harmony. Elevators are installed and well-maintained in the towers of our society, though the row houses do not have elevators. The security is robust, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring safety. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps the premises clean. We hold regular society meetings, where residents can voice their concerns and participate in decision-making. There are also plans to install solar panels, highlighting our commitment to sustainable living. read more

As we reside in row houses, there are no lifts available. Moreover, the absence of modern amenities such as a gym or clubhouse means we must rely on the nearby sports academy, which may not be convenient for everyone. Things need improvement

The construction quality is very poor, as the materials used are of low quality. There is significant sound transmission between rooms due to substandard plaster and construction. There are no amenities available whatsoever, and although there is a garden, it is not well-maintained and often remains dirty. There is no play area for children. read more
