One of the standout features of this community is the spaciousness of the houses, with nearly every apartment offering over 2200 square feet of living space. Adding to the allure is its excellent connectivity, with a metro station conveniently located just outside its boundaries. Within a short distance of less than one kilometer, residents have access to supermarkets, clinics, and bus stops, catering to their daily needs. Moreover, all school buses make stops near the society, ensuring convenience for families with children. Major hospitals are also within a 20-minute travel radius of the society, providing peace of mind in case of emergencies. The maintenance standards here are exceptional, with daily garbage collection, cleaning services, and uninterrupted water supply. Residents also enjoy well-kept amenities within the society premises, including a clubhouse offering gym and yoga classes, a refreshing swimming pool, ample play areas, and even a supermarket for added convenience.

Things need improvement

During my time residing in this society, which ended approximately three months ago, I observed that the construction quality did not meet the expected standard. This was evident, in part, due to occasional dampness in the walls. Furthermore, despite the society not being designated as pet-friendly, there were approximately 40 dogs residing within its premises.

The recreational facilities in the society, such as the gym, swimming pool, table tennis, squash court, cricket ground, kids' play area, walking area, and garden, are well-equipped. Surrounding residents are friendly, interacting and gathering together. The management organizes various festivals, including Women's Day, Ganesh Pooja, Diwali, Holi, Sankranthi, New Year, Navarathri, Independence Day, and Republic Day. Connectivity is convenient, with bus stops, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and clinics within a 1 km radius. Road quality is good, with properly working street lights and ample parking space available. Maintenance is commendable, with painting done every 5 years and overall community cleanliness maintained. Construction quality is reliable, ensuring sturdy walls and plaster upkeep.

While the road quality is commendable and features street lighting, parking availability is limited. Daily housekeeping services ensure cleanliness, complemented by a waste disposal system operating every alternate day. Common areas and elevators are well-kept. Residents can enjoy various amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, mini theater, park area, basketball court, table tennis, and walking track. Overall, the construction quality is satisfactory, with no reported issues.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are readily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. The water facility is exceptional, functioning 24/7. Additionally, there's power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Schools are conveniently located near the society, within walking distance, and hospitals are also easily accessible within a 500-meter radius. Facilities such as supermarkets and KFC are conveniently situated within the society. The atmosphere of the society is spacious and maintains a decent ambiance. Public transportation, including buses, is accessible within a walkable distance of around 200 meters from the society.

Good things here

I moved out of that society around three years ago when there were only two buildings. The flats were spacious and well-designed. Various phases of construction were underway, and the buildings were relatively new. The connectivity within the society was excellent, with schools and various markets easily accessible within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers The society has good maintenance facilities, including regular garbage collection, cleaning services, and minimal maintenance charges. Amenities construction was ongoing during my time there, and there were reliable power backup options and ample parking space available within the society.

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the connectivity of the society was not great due to the roads being in very poor condition. Additionally, there were no auto cabs available due to the poor quality of the roads.
