Some negative factors that I should include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. Severe powercuts happen in this area as the people reported. read more

The campus is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities. read more

It has to best facilities and maintained staff. This is an upcoming project with high-class amenities and facilities. There is everything in the future but now only this project deserves around 4 ratings. Amenities include a fully equipped clubhouse, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, swimming pool, recreation rooms, outdoor sports courts, children’s play area, party hall, and meticulously planned with utmost importance to state-of-the-art 24/7 securities. Sometimes do not get mobile signal but rare case. Otherwise, everything satisfactory from construction quality and interior to maintenance service. Social amenity is also there within project itself. You will love living away from city crowd at this project. read more

It is a newly build good township with good roads, beautifully designed duplex. All facilities available nearby shopping malls, bus stops, hospitals, and schools. The builder is guaranteed to bring a quality living experience to the community with brilliant architecture and equivalent lifestyle. I am really happy with the quality of the construction and i know it will give a good value in the long term. Location-wise, appreciation will be there due to international airport coming up near project. Also, major road is there and all shops. Will give 4-star rating to experience in smart city. read more
