Good things here

Ola and Uber were available in the society through online booking. The society boasted all modern amenities. Ventilation was good, allowing sunlight to enter the premises. Cleanliness was maintained up to the mark, and water was available 24/7. Festivals were celebrated in the society, and the residents were decent. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the society was poor, with many cracks in the walls and leakage issues. Connectivity was not good, as autos and buses were not readily available near the society, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach them. Access to the gym was limited only to owners, not tenants. The maintenance of the lifts was also poor, as they frequently malfunctioned. read more

Kalamboli is one of the key areas in Navi Mumbai, lying within the Raigad District in Maharashtra.
