Churchgate Station is the most prominent residential neighborhood of Mumbai in Maharashtra, India. The city is extremely well known for its upper-class residential colonies and back-dated commercial centers. The residential settlements here mainly cater to upper-class families, and thus the purchase price, as well as the rental rates, are far away from being affordable for middle-class people. The city has excellent connectivity and seamless accessibility to major corporate hubs. Residents mainly travel to their workplaces using Mumbai local train service, and Churchgate Station railway station is located nearby, which serves the Western line of the local train service. The city is soon to have a metro station with the completion of Aqua line 3 of the Mumbai metro service, which shall be the first underground metro service in Mumbai. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport has located about 24 km and is well accessible via Western Express Highway. The total population of the city is 65,305, of which the male and females population are 35,656 and 29,649, respectively. The population density of the city is 39572 people per sq. km. and the total area is 0.94 sq. km. Read More
