This is a very good place for students. There are many famous colleges of Delhi here. Many pgs and hostel facilities are available for students to stay here. Metro station is also nearby, bus stand is also nearby, there are many good restaurants and book shops here. read more
The prices of food in the restaurants here are a little higher and the taxi fares here are also a little higher. read more

The metro station for Delhi University's North Campus is relatively close by to Timarpur. It is close to the North Delhi Mayor House and Vidhan Sabha and is just one km from the location.

Popular neighbourhood Timarpur is located in New Delhi. Excellent government neighbourhood with plenty of grass and services, bear metro station, and numerous schools close by. The road quality is very good.

The locality is really well maintained and the roads are nice too. There is power cut at times but it is manageable. No water shortage, and grocery stores, medical stores and vegetable and fruit shops are all very close.
