It's well blend with urban development with touch of greeny. Hospital,schools , shopping malls and 5 stars hotels etc add to beautification of this place. Overcrowding is main concern here. Even the shortage of water supply especially during summer causes disturbance to it's nearby residents. Dense traffic often leads to air and noise pollution. Also the real estate property and brokerage are so expensive here which leads to affordability issue to some. read more

Balaji Lake Gardens Layout, Ramagondanahalli is 350mts from Ramagondanahalli Bus stop overlooking the recently restored Varthur Lake. Very calm & quiet environment with cool flowing breeze from the lake. Nearby Dmart, Nexus Neighbourood Mall, Manipal Hospital plus numerous resturants. Ola, uber, swiggy zomato instamart etc are all minutes away. Closed layout mainly occupied by familes (no PGs) & no flooding on the roads. this locality has few good temples. read more

The approach road from the main-road is 25ft compared to other areas slightly smaller however there are 3 approaches which makes up for narrow entry. read more

Good things here
Everything is well connected from here and there are so many resources by which student can empower themselves as so many coaching centre are available. Well some sort of youth politics as well as having fights between boys is so common here. Religious places as well as temples are here. read more

I think of, are its polluted environment the air is not that much pure .and fresh that's why fresh air is not available all time various factories ejects black smoke and other pollutants. secondly, the underground water is very salty. That's not good to be taken to the human body .so one has to depend on the RO water for drinking and sometimes for bathing purposes. read more
