Guru Paradise has become an old society in the area but is still considered one of the best in terms of affordability. I advise all new tenants and buyers to look into the electrical wiring of the units before investing. I highly recommend this project.

Gorgeous building, with excellent upkeep, and a management team that considers all amenities for the comfort of Guru Paradise residents It's difficult to find a fantastic family community at this price bracket, yet it exists here thanks to the welcoming locals.

Road bottlenecks and traffic jams are issues that society regularly faces at Guru Paradise. Although being convenient and nearby, the market occasionally has problems with its water supply. Yet, the residents do have access to backup electricity.

My only issue with Guru Paradise is its upkeep. Several of the public locations are not consistently cleaned, which may be an irritation for many locals. Other than that, there haven't been any complaints regarding the amenities offered, which also include a well-kept lift.

The residential complex in Guru Paradise would benefit from some hygienic renovations. Even if the upkeep is adequate, the management has to focus more on keeping the flats clean. In addition to being a great place to live.

Nanganallur is an upcoming residential locality very close to the airport in the southern part of Chennai. It has been a part of Chennai Corporation since September 2011.
