Good things here
The roads are wide enough and less traffic will be there. Schools are very nearby like walkable distance. Metro station ,hospital and restaurants, hotels all are nearby only like within 1km. Electricity charges are normal. Weekly market is also available. read more
Things need improvement
The only thing you might dislike in here is about the rtc bus facility. There is only one bus available in habsiguda St.no 8 line. Everything is fine. read more

I live in this locality and it is well connected to most parts of the city. The people are polite and friendly you can pretty much find all malls, gyms, supermarts, schools around. There is an amazing park as well that is used by everyone in the Kakatiya nagar. You can definitely look for a good place for reasonable rent.

Habsiguda doesn’t face the issue of water logging as the drainage systems in this locality are well built. The locality has good green cover which keeps the region warm and trees are also planted on either side of the road making the drive enjoyable. Schools and colleges are at close proximity from Habsiguda.
