Good things here
The clubs and indoor sports facilities here are top-notch, and there's a great selection of outdoor sports options like badminton and cricket. The swimming pool and gym are also in excellent condition, and knowing there are RFID cameras for security adds peace of mind.
Things need improvement
Challenges arise with the location, including connectivity issues and frequent traffic jams. Efforts to enhance metro connectivity and alleviate congestion would significantly improve the overall living experience. it's important to consider the high maintenance charges and rent, which could be a downside for some. Plus, the distance to the nearest metro station might be inconvenient during peak traffic hours.

This community has something for everyone, with a wide range of housing options available, from cozy apartments to spacious villas. The lush green spaces and thoughtfully designed layout of the houses create a wonderful sense of openness and airiness, making living here truly special.

The society's location, being distant from the city, presents challenges in quick access to places. Furthermore, the poorly maintained roads outside the society can lead to potential traffic issues.

Good things here
I really appreciate the convenience of living in an area with good connectivity and access to public transportation. Having allotted parking spaces makes it much easier for me to park without worrying about finding a spot. The roads are well-maintained, which makes driving around the neighborhood a pleasant experience. It's reassuring to see that painting is done on time, keeping our surroundings looking neat and fresh. The fact that the elevators are working and decently maintained adds to the comfort and convenience of living here. I'm also impressed by the good construction quality of our buildings, which ensures durability and safety. It's a relief to know that there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Additionally, having amenities like a clubhouse and gym enhances our quality of life, and the presence of safety measures such as working CCTV cameras provides peace of mind. Lastly, the friendly atmosphere created by our residents makes this community feel like home.
Things need improvement
One inconvenience I've noticed is that the parking barrier isn't functioning properly. It's frustrating to encounter issues with something as basic as accessing the parking area. I hope this can be addressed soon to avoid further inconvenience for residents

I'm concerned about the high maintenance charges and rent, along with the limited parking space that can't accommodate the high number of cars in the society. Moreover, the location being far from the city and the lack of metro connectivity are significant drawbacks for me. These factors certainly impact the convenience and overall appeal of the living situation.

The society features well-maintained clubs, indoor and outdoor sports facilities for activities like badminton, cricket, and basketball, a swimming pool, a children's play area, and a fully functional gym. Entry and exit gates are secured by RFID cameras to monitor vehicle movements in and out of the society. The community is spread across a large area with ample green spaces and a diverse range of housing options. The construction quality is excellent, and the house layouts are designed for optimal functionality.

The metro station is quite distant, and the roads outside the society are poorly maintained. Currently, there is no hospital within the society. The narrow road leading out from the society often gets congested during peak traffic hours. Additionally, the society imposes high maintenance charges and rents.

Transportation connectivity is good, with autos available within walking distance. Ola and Uber facilities are also accessible, along with personal transportation options. There are no issues related to maintenance. Power backup facilities are available. The construction quality is satisfactory, with no seepage or other concerns. Security against stray dogs is ensured with precautions within the society. Basic amenities include a swimming pool and parks. The society is divided into 4-5 blocks, each containing an individual park and shopping complex.
Things need improvement
People with mixed personalities exist in society. Working individuals may raise objections to the loud noise during cultural and social events taking place in the society. There was a problem with a higher number of ants in the household

Connectivity acchi tha, sab paas mein tha. Market wagera paas mein tha. Society mein parking area bhi tha. Maintenance mein bhi koi issue nahi tha. Balconies the flats mein. Construction quality bhi accha tha, plaster ya seepage/leakage ka koi issue nahi hua kabhi. Amenities like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse were there in the society. Lifts bhi tha society mein.

Society ke bahar construction chal rahi thi, jiski wajah se kaafi disturbance , noise & air pollution rehta tha waha society mein, so this was a drawback when I was living there
