Good things here
Living here, I've found that auto, buses, and cabs are conveniently available nearby, making transportation easy. The maintenance team does a great job, ensuring everything is taken care of on time, including lift maintenance and the overall cleanliness of the society. I haven't experienced any issues with seepage or leakage, which is a huge relief. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, creating a supportive community atmosphere. Overall, it's a great place to call home. read more
Things need improvement
In my opinion, the society could benefit from more amenities, as there isn't a garden available, which would enhance the environment. Aside from that, everything else in the society is very good. read more

Good things here
In the society, autos and rickshaws are easily available. There are malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby, and there's even a grocery store within the society itself. Uncovered parking is available. Garbage collection is timely, and cleaning is well maintained. The society has lifts and CCTV cameras, and security guards do their job properly. The society is well-ventilated, with no issues like seepage. read more

However, there are no amenities available in the society. Cultural events used to happen before, but they have stopped for the past 2 to 3 years, and there are no celebrations. read more

Good things here
I would say that only connectivity is one of the thing that is fine about this society. Schools and hospitals are nearby. Main roads are well maintained and has no pitholes. Access to the public transports like bus, auto are easily available. read more
Things need improvement
The biggest problem with this society is it's construction quality, which is really very poor. The building is very old constructed. There has been issues of seepage, leekage, wall breaking, plaster. There has been instances that the whole roof of the balcony and bathrooms have fallen in many flats of the society. They only do paint the society irrespective of knowing about the reality of the building quality. The society seriously needs to be reconstructed. There is a dearth of spacious parks and open space in the society. No adequate parking space available in the society, a very few cars can be parked there. Alos, the society has no gym of it's own. read more

Good things here
If i talk about connectivity, iI dont know about the auto riskshaw because i have never travelled by public transport but yes, as much as i remember metro station is little far away from the society. This is alipur area people mostly travel by their private vehicles in this area. I dont know much about my nearby area because we order every essential things online. read more
Things need improvement
The old building needs to be rebuilt because it has a lot of water leakage and sealing problems. Things in the building keep breaking often & it impacts the people living there. read more
