Cabs were readily available for booking online and would arrive at the society upon request. The society had its own market offering daily essentials. Amenities such as a swimming pool, play area, and garden were available. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and there were no problems with water or electricity supply. The residents were friendly, and there were no issues with water leakage or seepage. read more
Festival celebrations were not held in the society. Initially, bachelors were allowed to live there, but later they were prohibited. The society does not have a gym, and public transport is not easily accessible. read more

The society's internal market is also open to people from outside the society. The society has very good connectivity, with autos and buses easily available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The flats have good ventilation and receive ample sunlight. There is enough greenery in the society. read more
The residents in the society are not very friendly. The swimming pool and gym are not operational. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. The maintenance charges in the society are not justified. read more

Local markets are within society. All modern ameneties are available. Its a gated society and is pretty secure. CCTV cameras are available. read more

People can easily go anywhere they need to because the connectivity is superb. There are no problems with water supply or water logging inside the society. There was an electricity issue five or six years ago, but it's been resolved now. There's only one large room where certain occasions are held. read more
The maintenance is very poor. There's seepage in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The flats are small. There's one building that's not fully constructed, so people throw garbage from their balconies into the common areas. The AVJ staff try to clean it, but there's still some garbage left. We can't figure out who's responsible for it. The maintenance staff aren't doing a good job. There are other issues too, like the parking being too small for those who paid for it, and the CCTV cameras not working properly, neither in the lift nor in the parking. The lifts are slow. During summer, there are electricity problems. There's a second basement parking that's not open yet, and there's a water logging issue there. read more

For transportation purposes, autos and other means were available nearby. There were no issues related to water supply or waterlogging in the society. Plus, people of the society are cooperative and friendly, celebrating festivals together in the community, which fosters a sense of unity and belonging. read more
However, the construction quality was poor due to seepage and leakage issues, which can be concerning for residents. Additionally, the absence of a gym or power backup facility may inconvenience residents. Waterlogging outside the society during the rainy season can cause further inconvenience. Moreover, the presence of stray dogs entering the society and mobile network issues can also be challenging for residents to deal with. read more
