connectivity is really good as local veg market and clothing stores are at a walking distance....there is large green space as small garden in front of apartment with benches...malls and hospitals are also nearby...lots of space for parking for cars and bike..safe for women in nignt as there is many working street lights and all are in working conditions police petroling also there in night 2-3 times... read more

main problem is construction quality as in many places there is putty detachment and cracks on walls... plumber work is also a problem frequent water leakage in many places... security is also problem as many time outside people come in complex... neighbours are not as good as there is many times fighting between neighbours for small matters...water logging in many places and road conditions are not as good... read more
