Landmark Infrastructure has launched its new residential project Sai Samruddhi Phase II Apartment in Sawangi, Aurangabad. The complex offers 1 BHK apartments with carpet area of 471 sq ft. Amenities available to the residents are landscaped gardens, closed car parking areas, open area for recreational activities, regular supply of water, well lit internal roads and footpaths.
