The public transit system is great because a cab or a bus can be found within walking distance. Living in such a place also has the added benefit of spacious homes with a magnificent view.

There are parks, swimming pools, gym, grocery shops and other facilities readily available right here. There are no issue regarding cleanliness or maintenance of the roads, parks etc. The water and power supply is quite good and you hardly face any issues in this regard.

The roads are well built and clean with street lights installed alongside. The construction is decent and seems that there is no need for regular maintenance.
