Birla Alokya is a specious ready to move Villament project developed by Birla Group situated at prime location Whitefield. The project provides lavishly designed 3 and 4 BHK luxury villas with great amenities like a swimming pool, kids' play area, indoor games, club house, and jogging track, etc. The developer has ensured all fixtures in the room are modern and spacious enough to design the interior. Hospitals, schools, entertainment area and others are nearby. Monsoon water accumulation is also temporary but there. Some teething issue here and there but society maintenance very good. read more

Amenities at Birla Alokya include a fully equipped clubhouse, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, swimming pool, recreation rooms, outdoor sports courts, children’s play area, party hall, and meticulously planned with utmost importance to state-of-the-art 24/7 securities. Sometimes do not get mobile signal but rare case. Otherwise, everything satisfactory from construction quality and interior to maintenance service. Social amenity is also there within project itself. It is a very nice and calm area which is under development. It is a newly build good township with good roads, beautifully designed duplex. All facilities available nearby shopping malls, bus stops, hospitals, and schools. The builder is guaranteed to bring a quality living experience to the community of Whitefield, Soukya Road – Bangalore with brilliant architecture and equivalent lifestyle in Birla Alokya. I am really happy with the quality of the construction and i know it will give a good value in the long term. Location-wise, appreciation will be there due to international airport coming up near project. Also, major road is there, railway station is there and all shops. Well-budgeted flats with a nice quality of construction best flats. It has good main road connectivity for all basic needs easy access to all amenities and facilities good project with good connectivity. There are some really appealing amenities including, private terrace, swimming pool, park, jogging track, club house, etc. Lodha Bel Air offers serene living to all its residents as I have found out for myself. Have been staying here for quite some time and the project has grown on me. Particularly appreciate the strong mobile signal which I did not get in my earlier residence, the safe neighborhood and extremely prompt society maintenance. Being the Rera project, i am assured of quality of lifestyle. read more
