Good things here
The shopping malls , medical shops, hospitals , Gym , swimming pools, restaurants are within walkable distance. The roads are proper without having any whole in it. There are so many trees in this locality which reduce in the pollution. The nature is wonderful by having so many parks within 3 km radius. read more

The areas not safe for women and children. Crime rate in this area is high. There is no advanced region in the area. No swimming pool for children. Swimming pool of adults is not well maintained. Playground area full children is not specious. No sports activities and cultural events are organised by club. Local interaction in this area is poor. There is no hospital in the area. Markets are for away from the area and very few grocery shops available. read more

I lived kothurd Pune about last 2 year and this is my review. As positive: Kothrud is well developed residency area with a goodd mix of commercial and residential properties. essential ementities such as shopping malls, hospital, and banks are easily accessible within a 3km radius. the locality is known for its educational institutes , making it a prefered choice for families. read more

Kothrud has been experiencing rapid development, leading to occasional construction noise and dust. the increased population density has also resulted in traffic congestion during during peak hours, while the area is generally safe, some streets may be less well lit than other so be careful travelling at night travel with someone you believe it's safe so this my opinion. read more
