Despite its amenities and vibrant atmosphere, the housing society suffers from issues related to the behavior of some residents. There are reports of uncultured behavior and discrimination, particularly towards tenants, which can create a negative environment for those living in the society. Good things here
I absolutely love living in this society. The location is perfect, with excellent connectivity to all parts of the city. The metro station nearby makes my daily commute a breeze. Our maintenance team does an outstanding job keeping the common areas clean and well-maintained, which really enhances the overall living experience.

Good things here
The flats have balconies, and there is sufficient parking available. The greenery is good, and the maintenance charges are justified. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and the residents are nice.
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society; I often have to go to the main road to find one. The lifts sometimes stop working; they are out of order at least once every 15 days.

Good things here
Celebration of festivals, cleanliness and security are the biggest plus point of the society. security changes after every 15days for safety of residents. garden is well maintained. metro is near by. all local transport available. There are 40+ workers who work in the society for cleaning. They have visitors parking. though there is no banquet hall in the society but they have small arrangements for meetings and all.
Things need improvement
Specious Banquet hall is not present in the society for small personal celebration.

there are beautiful parks in the area. Also, water supply is good. Roads are well maintained. Shops, hospitals, schools, markets, etc., are available near the locality It is a safe area. Metro connectivity is not there in the area.

There are shops, hospitals, and schools near the area. Auto and cabs are available easily. Parking space is sufficient as well. Pollution level is high. Footpaths are occupied by the street vendors which creates traffic problems.

it is and extremely posh and premium area. There are good hospitals and schools near the area. Roads are in good condition. The street lights are also proper. Ample parking space. The pollution in the area is quite high.

the environment is very good. Roads are well maintained. There is no issue with the public transport. Markets are there at walking distance from the area. The sewage facility is not proper here. The water chokes and then overflows in the ground.

it is one of the best places to reside in. The area is safe even at night. All the essentials are available nearby. Public transport is available easily. The only thing that is not good is the traffic specially during peak hours
