Metro station is at some distance. The locality is very well maintained. There is a park nearby where swings for children to play. There are street lights installed on the road which work properly. electricity supply is good. no water shortage problem. There are many restaurants nearby where good food is available. taxi, bus facility is available in this area . read more

sector 48, Gurgaon is in the south part of gurgaon and is near to sector 47, 49, and 46. The sector is well connected with major roads which includes gold course road, sohna road and also have better connectivity with other areas of gurgaon. This area is consists of gates communities and independent houses and also there are some commercial places in the area for setting up small business. sector 48 is a well developed place with good roads. read more
Things need improvement
The biggest problem is that there is safety issue in this area even though locality includes gated communities but still petty crimes like theft and vandalism is a big concern. water and power supply is also the concern of the people as people face shortage of water and power during peak demand period. read more
