My community is incredibly convenient. Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available just outside the society. We're lucky to have nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making it easy to access everything we need. One of the best things about living here is the well-maintained infrastructure. Parking spaces are allocated to all residents, and the maintenance team ensures cleanliness and hygiene throughout the society. CCTV cameras are installed for security purposes, and they function effectively. The lifts operate smoothly, and we enjoy uninterrupted water and electricity supply round the clock. Moreover, our community is vibrant and lively, with various events and festivals celebrated throughout the year. read more

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, we don't have a nearby metro station, making commuting less convenient. Additionally, amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park are unavailable, limiting recreational opportunities. One significant issue we face is seepage and leakage problems in the flats, which can be quite bothersome. Moreover, the construction quality of the buildings is not up to standard, leading to various structural issues. read more

Society ka connectivity accha hai. Maintenance achi hai, power aur paani ki supply sahi hai. Construction bahut solid aur strong hai, humein koi seepage issue nahi aya. Society mein parks bhi hain. Society ke bahar tiles lage hain, isliye zyada painting ki zarurat nahi hai. Lifts society mein hain aur woh properly maintained hain. Society ke log cooperative aur friendly hain. 24/7 electricity hai. Markets asani se accessible hain. read more

Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse kuch nahi hai sociey mein. Sports facilities like gym , badminton court, basketball area yeh sab add-onns hota tha toh aur better hota, aisi koi facilities nahi hain. It should have been much better if these amenities should have been there. read more

Issues are not solved on time. There are no amenities like a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs. The buildings are average its not a hitech society , its a simple society as compare to the modern one as it was built long ago . read more
