Have been majorly working from home, giving me time to appreciate so many things better about my home. All major highway, school, hospital nearby along with metro and monorail, railway station, my own office and more. Children love proximity to all the café, restaurant and all in the locality. No worry about their safety in this area

Excellent sauna facility with pool and gym for ultimate fitness.
