Good things here
With LULU next door and hospitals like Amrita and Aster within a km range you can’t ask for a better located villa in kochi .. The serene nature of Muttar river and the peaceful ambience takes your experience to next level. read more
Things need improvement
Power backup may be planned at a later stage . More facilities of guest parking as presently only two to three Vehs can park in the community read more

Paravur is very nice place.full of greenery low pollution. great hospitals nearby . public transportation is accessible read more

pollution is a problem is roads are not that great. puddles can be seen on roads overall it's a great place to live read more
