Good things here

As my grandmother lives here, I consider elevators are very important for her, and they have maintained it very well. CCTV cameras and security guards are available, ensuring safety. The apartments are spacious with excellent construction quality, and we haven't faced any issues like seepage or termites. There's proper ventilation throughout the apartments, and they do regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. The presence of a swimming pool, garden, and park adds to the quality of life here. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, which is comforting. The location offers good connectivity with public transport easily available, and there's a market nearby. read more

Things need improvement

There could be more amenities for younger residents like myself, but for my grandmother's needs, the current amenities are sufficient. Apart from that, everything meets her requirements and we're satisfied with the living conditions here. read more

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar.
