It has everything what i was looking for to reside. Overall locality is safe neighborhood but water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. The construction is strong. Also the interior fixtures are great. There is a spacious car parking for two cars. All work related to solid waste management and its disposal, treatment and disposal of sewage and sullage water, sewerage chamber, lines, septic tank are available. Maintenance is also decent while good amenity list of power backup, Intercom and others are worth. I found this project worth for the investment. read more

I bought the flat at this project, and I must say it is the best project and is quite in the interior part of the main city. Modern amenities attracted my attention; moreover, it is close to my workplace. Since i am a married guy, the kid's pool and multi-purpose hall is the best amenities offered. Other than this, round the clock security, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, facility to play indoor games, community buildings, cafeteria, banquet hall, electrical meter room, sub-station, receiving station, fire protection, fire safety equipment, are available.
