Well-planned Infrastructure: The area has well-planned roads, parks, and other public amenities. Shopping and Entertainment: Sector 12 has a vibrant shopping and entertainment scene, with several malls, cinemas, and restaurants located in and around the area. Cosmopolitan Culture: Sector 12 is a cosmopolitan area with residents from different parts of India and abroad. Things need improvement

The area is well maintained. It has plenty of parks around within a 2-10 minute walking distance. It's very safe for kids to play on those parks. The residents are cooperative. Roads are made of tar and chips. It is connected to the infamous Sabzi Mandi which is an amazing flea market to get stuff like ration, poultry or sea food, clothes, OTC medicines, street food. There are restaurants and bakeries, snack corners and vegetable & fruit market available as well. Just outside the block is a main road that connects to chauda mod and has e rickshaws, buses, autos, rickshaws available. Metro station and mall are quite far from Sector 120 It is very expensive inside the market here There is no cleaning on the internal roads. read more
