Good things here
The connectivity in the society is great because of easy accessibility to autos and cabs, roads were properly maintained, parking facilities were also provided, if we get any problems, issues were used to get resolved quickly and there were gyms, swimming pools and playing area available, no seepage or cracks problems, ventilation and security was also good. read more
Things need improvement
Even though gyms and swimming pools were available, they were ill maintained, also people here are not too friendly, they prefer to be left alone, we rarely celebrate festivals together. read more

The school is conveniently located just beside the society, and the connectivity is excellent with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The construction quality is good, offering proper ventilation. Modern amenities like a well-maintained gym and clubhouse add to the appeal, and the neighbours are friendly. read more

The water supply sometimes gets disrupted as it relies on BMC. While a seepage issue was present in my apartment, it has now been resolved. Despite the generally nice neighbours, a few pet owners cause trouble by not cleaning up after their pets. Participation in AGMs could be better, and there is a lack of cultural activities within the society. read more

One of the main problems in the society is with the lifts and electricity. The lifts rely on electricity so if the power goes out suddenly while someone is in the lift it can cause issues. read more
