The building is located very close to commercial hubs and there are shopping malls such as Gopalan Grand Mall, Phoenix Marketcity, Gopalan Signature Mall and so on. It enjoys superior connectivity as well.

The location of the building is very good, and the residents are able to receive Cauvery Water Supply. The locality is served by two dedicated metro stations, Krishnarajapuram and Channasandra. There are good hotels nearby.
