Good things here
I am very satisfied with the living conditions here. The cleanliness is quite good, and garbage is picked up on time, which helps maintain a pleasant environment. Transportation is very convenient with autos and cabs easily available whenever needed. The location is fantastic, with schools and colleges nearby, including an engineering college right next to our house, making it extremely convenient for students. We have no construction or termite issues. The amenities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a spacious play area for children. The peaceful and friendly neighbors add to the charm of our society, as we often socialize and enjoy each other's company.
Things need improvement
There are a few areas that could use improvement. While the overall cleanliness is decent and garbage is picked up on time, the play area for kids is quite small. It often feels crowded, and there's not enough space for the children to play freely. Additionally, the gym equipment is outdated and in need of an upgrade. It's important to have modern and well-maintained equipment to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone.

Connectivity with cabs and autos is convenient in our society, especially when booked online, with Uber also available for additional options. Our water facilities are excellent, ensuring a reliable supply to tanks and other amenities. Power backup is in place to maintain uninterrupted electricity supply. Garbage collection is efficiently conducted on a daily basis. The cleanliness standards in our society are exceptional, with cleaning performed twice a day, providing a very convenient environment for residents. Security measures are robust, ensuring safety even during nighttime hours. Nearby facilities such as grocery shops and supermarkets are within walking distance, adding to the convenience and comfort of living in our community.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive at 10,400 rupees for three months. Public transportation, like buses, is about 1 km away from the society, which is inconvenient. The non-functional borewell adds to residents' inconvenience.

The amenities provided, including a gym, a club house and other recreational facilities, meet expectations. Most neighbours are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a generally positive community atmosphere. Security measures, including working CCTV and ample parking, are commendable.
Things need improvement
One significant issue is the presence of leakage in the washroom walls, leading to seepage problems. This has been a persistent concern affecting living conditions. Additionally, while most neighbours are cooperative, there is an ongoing issue with one neighbour causing disturbances. Addressing these issues promptly could significantly enhance the overall living experience.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, making commuting a breeze. The construction quality is top-notch, with no major issues. The best part is the community; the people here are friendly and cooperative, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.
Things need improvement
There is a persistent seepage problem that hasn't been addressed properly, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the parking area could be much cleaner, as it often feels neglected and unkempt. These issues significantly impact the overall living experience.

I was looking for a good living in Bengaluru, and i love Prestige Royale Gardens. The quality and construction equipment of the project is very good. The cellular tower network is good for working at home and safe and safe environment. Some water logging occurs during the rainy season but it is temporary. I enjoy Gym And Yoga, car parking, Mini Theatre, Security, jogging track, Swimming Pool, lift available Social Entertainment, water harvesting, ATM, Indoor And Outdoor Games, swimming pool, Pharmacy & Doctor’s Clinic, children’s play area, Supermarket, clubhouse, Multipurpose Hall, security system Jogging And Cycling Track, power backup, and Creche.

What should I say I mean, I am so impressed by this project. They promise a good quality of construction, good fitting, 24-7 security, power reserves, even things like ATMs, swimming pools, landscaped parks, and gyms and they have given it. The location is safe along with pharmacies, cafes, and reliance mart which is for a lifeline. The building is beautifully designed with Elegant lobby flooring on the ground floor, Basement and upper floor lobby flooring in vitrified tiles and lift cladding in marble/granite as per the architect’s design. During rainfall, water accumulates here but it's not every day. I like cycling and jogging and children are happy to play with so much open space.

Prestige Royale Gardens has become a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have enjoyed using all the facilities for the first time such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, landscape parks, cycling areas, and jogging and what not. All facilities such as security and power reserves are there and the overall locality is also safe. Only a few water logging issues during the rainy season, otherwise it is a good area with all grocery stores, showrooms, gas stations, and the nearest pharmacy. Those who work from home will not face noise because of peaceful and good cellular networks. The mall is also close enough.

Prestige Royale Gardens is one of the best projects I have ever seen in the Bengaluru Area. WFH has fun with zero construction noise, with a good cellular tower. The only thing is water logging during the rainy season. Maintenance facilities are good so is the quality of construction here which is a great relief. Love facilities which include Gym And Yoga, car parking, Mini Theatre, Security, jogging track, swimming pool, Pharmacy & Doctor’s Clinic, children’s play area, Supermarket, clubhouse, and more. This is a safe environment with all pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, reliance mart, showrooms, banks, and more. I like it here.

I have to say, Prestige Royale Gardens provided good construction quality and a beautiful interior. There is a Gym And Yoga, car parking, Mini Theatre, Security, jogging track, Swimming Pool, lift available, Social Entertainment, water harvesting, ATM, Indoor And Outdoor Games, swimming pool, Pharmacy & Doctor’s Clinic, children’s play area, Supermarket, clubhouse, Multipurpose Hall, security system Jogging And Cycling Track, power backup and Creche and many other things. Open space and cycling tracks and jogging will be fun to use and also if you go nearby then the area is safe and secure. You will find a pharmacy, grocery outlets, petrol pumps, banks, and health centers nearby.
