Good things here

The locality is well maintained and Clean. As it is nearby mountain area there is no pollution. Busses are easily available to Thane/Mulund Station and Nariman Point. There are few schools (ICSE Board/CBSE Board) neaby. Great Resturants are found nearby while Malls are 10-12 mins away from the area. Cocrete Roads are found in the area. Low traffic after 6:00 PM. Water does not clog in the area as good drainage facility is available. The street lights are well lit and are good for walking after post 9:00 PM. The Major Perk is that Public Transport Busses are easily available from this area and mostly empty as it is the starting point for the buses. read more

No Clubhouse or Gym in the society. No swimming pool in the society. No Underground/ Multi-level Parking. read more

Good things here

Thane West is one of the popular locality in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It's crime free and safe place because of police patrolling. The area has seen sustainable growth in past few years in terms of development and infrastructure build-up. The area so many good place like malls, supermarkets, educational institutes, clinics and resturants are available. Public transport network is excellent with city bus operation and auto/cab services. read more

Things need improvement

Water logging, dirty and patholes roads especially during peak monsoon season is really pathetic. Non availability of nearby metro station creates a lot of travel issues. Also greenery and trees plantation are getting reduced because on ongoing regular construction works. read more

The neighbourhood here is decent and good. Taxi, bus and public transportation facilities are good. There are many grocery stores available nearby. The hospital is nearby where the medical facilities are also good.Police also patrolling at night. read more

The facilities of taxi and bus are very less to come here at night.The parking facility is not good. People park in the wrong place which causes problems. In many places the road drains are open, due to which there is a risk of accidents. read more

Stayed here one month ago.. there is frequently cutting of Powers at noon and sometimes at night leads extreme hottness sometimes. not only this we faced the shortage of water in August here.. read more
