Double charged vitrified tiles flooring in living room, bedrooms and kitchen, laminated wooden flooring in master bedrooms. Ceramic tiles up to false ceiling level on bathroom walls. Ceramic tiles up to 2 feet high above kitchen platform level on kitchen walls. Sanitary wares are of TOTO or Cera or equivalent make, CP fittings of Grohe or equivalent quality. Concealed copper wirings are of Havells or V-guard or equivalent make. Modular switches of Norisys or Schneider make. Engineered hard wood door frame with designer shutters and melamine polish finished on both sides at the entrance. French doors with sliding UPVC door systems with mosquito mesh. UPVC window systems with safety grills (M.S) and mosquito mesh are fitted. R.C.C framed structure to withstand wind & seismic loads as per IS code.
