This flat is an excellent choice for anyone looking to settle in the vibrant Chembur Area. Its location is unbeatable with a 1minute drive to the Eastern freeway, which puts you at a 15minute drive from South Bombay and 20minute drive from BKC. The flat is also well connected to public transport with easy availability of autos, buses and cabs. The flat itself is in a great condition, with solid construction, no issues with seepage, a rarity in many places! The society is welcoming and community oriented, often hosting events and celebrations, creating a friendly atmosphere. Overall, this flat offers a blend of convenience, quality and community that makes it an excellent choice for both families and professionals. Highly recommended!

Good things here
Everything you need�hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport�is within a short 500-meter radius. The amenities are top-notch with a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area available. The construction is solid and well-kept, and the community atmosphere is welcoming. Furthermore, you won't have to worry about pollution or traffic issues here.

Nearby area is with slums since this is also SRA project. The residents (who are residing without the OC) don't have civic sense. Otherwise, connectivity is very good and location is nice.

The rate of air pollution in the neighbourhood of Centrio is higher as compared to some other places of Mumbai city. Hence, the drainage system of this area is really nice.
