You would want to live in such a township. Excellent surroundings, a friendly neighbourhood, a contemporary garden, ideal bungalows, top-notch construction, and at a very modest cost. The ideal location for a luxurious home.

No congestion of traffic nearby. Markets are close enough. Good public transportation. Nearby are reputable schools. Well-maintained roads. Easy access to cabs and autos. However, there are numerous parking concerns and poor park maintenance.

Very nice gated neighbourhood in Sehore. Phase 1 is almost finished. Large 4BHK and 3BHK homes with excellent cement roads, and a garden suitable for children to play and adults to relax in the evenings.

Reliable Neighbors, and low crime rates, Temples are close by, and doctors are quickly accessible at night. There are excellent transportation options and a great environment. The community has a nice park, library, gym, etc.
