The apartment consists of several areas of communal interaction such as the parks and lakesides. Also the apartment provides large playgrounds and multipurpose courts which ensures healthiness and bonding among the residents.

Charging stations have been built throughout the apartment premises so that the residents can charge their electric vehicles, bikes or bicycles as required and are very cheap as they are subscription based.

The builders of the apartment have done wonderful work in incorporating a water harvesting system. Every roof has a connection to a water reservoir system which purifies it and sends them to supply tanks.
