Karjat is a hilly green locality near Thane which is fact developing into a residential locality. Karjat is a site famous for treks, adventure and even film shooting. People from Mumbai and Pune are preferring to invest in property in Karjat to avail of the present low rates of property here. Karjat is the last station under the Thane subdivision and is located at about 100kms from both Mumbai and Pune.
