Peerzadiguda is a satellite city within the Hyderabad City and Municipal Corporation, lying within the Medchal-Malkajgiri District in the State of Telangana. The Peerzadiguda Municipality is the local governing authority for civic duties. It was newly constituted through the fusion of three Gram Panchayats. Now a part of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, it covers an area of 10.5 square kilometres. The population of the area stood at 51,689 as of the year 2011. Telugu is widely spoken in the area as well.
