Good things here
The location is unbeatable, with all major software companies within walking distance. The abundance of greenery, amenities like badminton courts, swimming pools, and a supermarket, make it a comfortable place to stay.
Things need improvement
The maintenance can be slow and lacking in quality, leading to issues like seepage. Some amenities are still under construction, causing delays and inconveniences. Despite these drawbacks, the society offers a pleasant living environment with good connectivity to IT companies and a supportive community.

Good things here
The upside is, it's in a great spot, especially if you work in IT, because it's easy to get to those companies. Plus, there are cool things like parks, fancy gyms, swimming pools, and shops nearby, which make life easier and more enjoyable.
Things need improvement
A bunch of folks living there are bummed about maintenance being subpar, waiting forever for stuff to get fixed, and feeling like they're paying way too much for it. Plus, some apartments have noise problems. It's a real letdown when they promise cool stuff and then don't deliver on time. And getting to nearby shops or buses? That's not exactly a walk in the park either.

Good things here
It's located in a great spot in Electronics City phase 1, close to big software companies. There's lots of greenery, plenty of parks, and tons of amenities like badminton courts, swimming pools, and a supermarket. Plus, they've got party halls and even a clinic, which makes life pretty convenient.
Things need improvement
Ongoing construction causing delays in finishing certain amenities and problems with the maintenance team. They've also noted slow responses to issues, occasional noise from inside the building, high rental costs, and lack of easy access to nearby shops as drawbacks.

Things need improvement
The swimming pool in the community is poorly maintained, often closed, and cleanliness is substandard. Public transport stations and bus services are inconveniently located around 900 meters away from the society. Garbage collection, especially during COVID times, is inadequate and poses inconvenience to residents in the city.

Local facilities in the society are excellent, creating a beneficial ambiance at every corner. Cleanliness standards are very satisfactory, and residents are friendly and sociable. Water facilities are available 24/7, and there are reliable power backups. Flats are well-ventilated, surrounded by plenty of trees that keep the air fresh and airy. The city offers ample open space for pleasant walks.

Maintenance charges in the society are approximately 5000 rupees. The parking area is somewhat congested, and there are limited visitor parking spaces available.

Connectivity with cabs and autos is readily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility operates smoothly 24/7 in the society, and there's power backup available as well. Parking areas are very spacious, and there's also a designated visitors' parking area in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a 300-meter radius from the society. People in the society are very friendly and respectful. The greenery in the society is decent, and there are ample spacious walking areas.

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Additionally, the cleanliness of the society is lacking, particularly on the outside. Security in the society is also poor, with security guards not performing their duties effectively. These issues can significantly impact the quality of life and safety of the residents.

The maintenance charge is reasonable, around 3500 rupees per month in the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Facilities like supermarkets, medical shops, and vegetable markets are available within walking distance from the society. There is a grocery shop available within the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a 1 km radius from the society.

The parking area in the society is very congested, and there is no designated visitors' parking area. Hospitals are not available within a reasonable distance from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. Cleaning should be improved outside the society premises.

The greenery in the locality is very spacious and decent. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Kids play areas are also very spacious. Public transportation is available within 1 km from the city.

Construction quality is not good in the society. There are some leaks and seepages in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is a traffic issue outside of the society, which is very inconvenient.
