Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 2 rupees per square foot that we pay in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the society, and there are visitor parking spaces as well. There is a grocery store inside the society. Schools are also nearby, within 2 kilometers, and the school bus also enters the society.
Public transportation like buses are available from a relatively distant location, around 2. 5 kilometers away from the society. The main road is also a bit far, approximately 1. 5 kilometers from the society. Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues like leakages and seepages in the society, as well as some external cracks in the society's buildings.

Safety is also of high level which means you can go to work without worrying about your family members which are very important. All public transport options are available at a short distance. No power supply or water supply issues and the roads are clean with street lights.
