Nearby, there are 17 schools within a 5-kilometer radius, offering convenience for families. Hospitals are also easily accessible, with one just 5 minutes away and another within 2 kilometers. For more extensive medical needs, larger hospitals like Columbia Hospital are within a 30-minute travel distance from the society.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are readily available in the city if we book Ola and Uber; if we book Ola, it will be available in the city. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 2 rupees per square foot that we pay in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the society, and there are visitor parking spaces as well. There is a grocery store inside the society. Schools are also nearby, within 2 kilometers, and the school bus also enters the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses are available from a relatively distant location, around 2. 5 kilometers away from the society. The main road is also a bit far, approximately 1. 5 kilometers from the society. Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues like leakages and seepages in the society, as well as some external cracks in the society's buildings.

There is a lot of greenery in the society, which enhances its beauty. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available. Garbage collections are good; they collect waste, particularly segregated waste, very well in the society. People are very respectable in the society. Maintenance is very good; housekeeping is done very well, especially during the rainy season, and they are cleaning and maintaining everything properly. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity like cabs and autos are not easily available in the society if we book; also, it won't be available easily in the society. Construction quality is not good; there are a lot of seepage issues in every flat in the society. Maintenance charges are a bit expensive. The office is far away from the society; it will take around 40 minutes to reach there.

Azven Breathe is a ready-to-move housing society on Bangalore East's Sarjapur Road. It has villas in a variety of price ranges. There are colleges, schools, and hospitals at a reachable distance. Safety is also of high level which means you can go to work without worrying about your family members which are very important. All public transport options are available at a short distance. No power supply or water supply issues and the roads are clean with street lights.
