Manjeera Heights Phase 2 is located in Chitra Layout situated right next to RR District court, Which is a gated community In the heart of LB Nagar(connecting directly to the Mainroad). It is a great property for someone who is looking to move in with their family since it has most of the amenities a gated community apartment should have. It has nearby necessities like Ankura Women and Children Hospital, Ozone Hospital Omni Hospital, Rythu Bazaar, More Supermarket, D-Mart, Victoria Memorial Playground, and Indoor Stadium. read more
Things need improvement
The only minor concern I would like to put forward to the buyers is the walking distance from the apartment to the LB Nagar main road (NH-9) since it is a gated community. It is 0.5 kilometers. Considering the pros of the property I don't think this should be a major concern, But I would like to put this forward with honesty since there is a section in this website to express something to dislike about the locality. Shopping centres, hotels and restaurants are all within five kilometre radius It's safe to go out in the late evening and public transportation options including taxis and buses are excellent A cleaning programme is organised every weekend and efforts are made to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the community Overall, this is one of the most secure and relaxing places to live read more

The colony's industrial activities have a negative impact on the area There is a high volume of 4 Wheeler autos and motorcycles on the roads with bikers displaying dangerous behaviour The municipality services are quite slow and the drainage system is in court condition Many residents are affected by issues with clean drinking water And their concerns that a water shortage may rise soon. read more

Here is a nearby hospital and a good named school, as well as good public transport, and a nearby named lb NAGAR 5min journey has a metro point and easy cab available like Uber, Rapido and ola service all day and safe place at night, as well as a well light street with low pollution.
