Good things here
The roads outside the society are in excellent condition, making driving a pleasure. There's a market nearby, which is very convenient. The elevators are installed and well-maintained. The electricity and water supply are consistent, and the construction quality is excellent as it's a newly built society. There are no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is proper. The plaster and fittings are good, and the security is solid, with CCTV cameras and security guards.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is quite poor. Even though there are markets around, finding an autorickshaw is challenging, so I mostly rely on Ola or Rapido. Since the society is still under construction, maintenance isn't something I can really comment on, as it�s often neglected. There are no amenities available yet, and as a tenant, I'm not sure if they plan to provide any. Additionally, there are very few residents, so I haven't had much interaction with the neighbours.

Good things here
The society excels with convenient access to public transportation including autos, buses, and cabs within a short walk. Nearby, residents benefit from local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The society is meticulously maintained with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring regular garbage collection and prompt pest control services. There are no waterlogging issues due to a well-maintained drainage system. The water supply is dependable with good quality water. Furthermore, the society provides additional amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for children, enhancing the overall quality of life for its residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is decent, although there is room for improvement as some walls are showing signs of wear, appearing sandy and aged. Additionally, there is currently no swimming pool, although one is under construction.

Connectivity within the estate is excellent, with easy access to cabs and auto-rickshaws through services like Ola and Uber. The community is known for its friendly atmosphere. Residents benefit from 24/7 water facilities and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained, enhancing the quality of life for residents. Maintenance across all aspects is highly commendable. The estate features plenty of open spaces, fostering a peaceful and pleasant environment. Nearby hospitals within walking distance ensure convenient access in case of emergencies.
Things need improvement
There's no nearby metro station, and the traffic congestion on the roads makes it quite inconvenient for commuting.

Good things here
The connectivity here is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, and ATMs all within 1. 5 km. Road conditions are good, and street lights function well, ensuring safety. Ample parking space is available. Amenities are top-notch, including a basketball court, table tennis area, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is thorough, with regular cleaning and frequent garbage collection and disposal. We enjoy 24/7 water and electricity supply, and the elevators are well-maintained. Safety and security are paramount, and the surrounding community is friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
There are some seepage issues in the bathrooms of this society that require immediate attention to maintain the overall quality of living.

Good things here
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. Maintenance costs are consistent, and the water facility is very good. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good. Construction quality is average; there are some gas and sanitation issues in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available and within walkable distance from the society. Parks are also nearby, providing scenic areas for residents. Maintenance of the lifts is efficient, and overall maintenance is very good.
Things need improvement
Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and clubhouse are not available in the society. Public transportation, such as buses, is available but is located farther, approximately 2 kilometers from the society, which is inconvenient.

Good things here
The location is very convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Connectivity is great, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The elevators are reliable and well-maintained, and there's uninterrupted electricity and water supply. The construction quality is decent, and the apartments have proper ventilation. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. We've been living here for a long time, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection could be improved as it's not done properly. There's seepage inside the apartments, and the flush tanks aren�t cleaned. Maintenance has been delayed for the past two months, and there are issues with parking. Other than that, everything else is good.

Good things here
The connectivity is not that good here, as public transport is not available here. It will be too soon to give any review for now as it is still under construction. The swimming pool, fym and clubhouse all things are in construction right now. Ventilation is good, and cleanliness is maintained properly. I am not facing any issue inside the apartments like leakage, seepage. Water supply and power backup is good here.
Things need improvement
The society is not fully constructed right now, it is still in construction. Public transports are not available here. The lifts are problematic sometimes but it is resolved by the association here. Overall I am not facing any issue for now.
