Perfectly safe locality. I often have outbound flights at late / odd hours and only have positive experiences, the security is also helpful with bags.
The utility bills are very economic - approx 9K quarterly even with use of air conditioning. No power cuts or water shortages.
The apartment and society is well maintained with external housekeeping staff.
Location of the property is ideal - in an inner lane so no pollution. Good sunlight and ventilation. read more
